Location and amenities were perfect, I loved that. The restaurant was nice, it had excellent dishes. They had an easy check-in. The swimming pool was very clean too. An upgraded hotel, my first choice in Otley.

Spent here 2 fabulous days and would stay here again. Everything was really good, brilliantly helpful staff, ideal location near to the restaurant, the lake and hill. We loved cereals, pastries and fruit the hotel served in the morning. Had bottled drinks in the main bar. Reception was welcoming.

It was good value, silent and perfect room. Breakfast had something for everyone - cereals, fresh bread, bakery, fresh fruit and boiled eggs. Quick check-in and spectacular customer service. The beach near the hotel was wonderful.

Very good staff and location. Very comfy bed, clean bathroom and an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a TV set in the room. We liked the nice pool. A super base for overnight stay in Otley.

Good value in a business location. Food for breakfast, especially cereals, slices of fresh bread, bakery, fresh fruit and boiled eggs, was outstanding. The staff were very frendly and extremely gracious and beautiful reception. It was centrally located in a delightful area.

Location was wonderful, well-kept place to stay. Staff absolutely fabulous & was always available. Enjoyed cathedral view from my welcoming room with rattan furniture.

Sparkling hotel, I had a splendid stay. Breakfast was above average especially coffee, cereal, fresh fruit, bakery and tea. It was nice having climate control, Wi-Fi and cable TV. Had soft drinks in the rooftop bar in the evening.
